About the Venue
The outdoor Wedding Pavilion site overlooks the pond and provides a beautiful setting for the ceremony and reception. Rustic benches provide seating for up to 70. After the ceremony, the site is transformed into a reception setting within 30 minutes. A nearby covered outdoor kitchen area provides a staging location for the caterer. Our grape arbor overlooking the pond provides the perfect backdrop to your bar.
Specifications of weddings at Eden Vale Inn:
- The Inn has seven guest rooms that can lodge up to 19 guests.
- All weddings are rain or shine under the Wedding Pavilion as there is no tenting option.
- A vendor list is available; however, the wedding party can use the vendors of their choosing. An outside caterer must be used for the reception.
- Wine must be purchased through the Inn.
- All non-guests must leave the property at the conclusion of the event unless they are part of the cleanup.
- After the conclusion of the reception, be please respectful of the policies of our bed and breakfast. Quiet hours being at 10 p.m. and low lighting after 11 p.m.
- Some rentals are available through the Inn – linens (white), silverware, glassware, dishes.
- A music system is available for your wedding playlist.

Wedding Prep at Eden Vale Inn
If you are getting married at one of the nearby Placerville wedding venues and staying at Eden Vale Inn, we conditionally accept pre-wedding activities with bridesmaids, hair dressers, wedding party photos, and so on, for a fee based on level of activities. You must contact the innkeeper to discuss and pre-arrange these activities. If you are staying two or more nights, and are changing occupants, we will give your room a change-over-cleaning for $75 upon request.
